General Shipping Policies

devAAudio is pleased to offer free ground shipping on most new items. There are exceptions with heavier items or items requiring Freight Service that may incur additional fees. Demo or Used items may also have additional shipping charges.

devAAudio offers shipping services via UPS (or freight service when applicable).

 

Orders with a different billing and shipping address will require verification before fulfillment. Please call or email us with any inquiries: (913) 498-9768, info@devaaudio.com

Shipping Error or Damage

​

Please call us and/or email us right away if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next.

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us to make a purchase. Transactions are handled through online invoice for payment via Square or Paypal. Other approved methods of payment as above are to be coordinated directly with us.
