Shipping Error or Damage
Please call/email us right away (913) 498-9768 | email@example.com if an order arrives damaged or if a packing error has occurred; please provide us with your name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days from the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Warranty policies vary by vendor and product type. Please contact us for help and details.
If the product is not defective, our store policy is that we do not offer returns. It is strongly encouraged that you discuss and/or email about product purchases with devAAudio prior to making your purchases to ensure your satisfaction.
In the rare event that a product is returned you must not ship the item back without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain the RMA number by contacting devAAudio Customer Service through any of the following methods: by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at: (913) 498-9768.
When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging with all original parts & accessories, insure the package for the full amount, and ship via UPS or FedEx to the following address:

Please note that larger items requiring freight shipping should be coordinated directly with devAAudio.
We will send you a notification email once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment unless other arrangements are approved and typically take 2-4 business days to process. This timeframe may vary according to your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
NOTE: Unfortunately, return shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us - unless there was a shipping error or product damage - so please place your orders thoughtfully.
